Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We do not offer refunds on store purchases. We are happy to offer store credit or exchanges for purchases. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all labels still attached.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Sale items are non refundable or exchangeable so please be careful about your purchase.

Exchanges

We aim to please. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or exchange if the sizing is incorrect. This will apply after the item has been returned within 7 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for a similar item or a different size, send us an email at info@rapunzelsgallery.com.au and we will be happy to help.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will contact you to ask you what you want to exchange your item for, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to: PO Box 254, Falls Creek, Vic 3699.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
